Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all environmental, occupational health, and safety activities, including occupational health and safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and safety control.
- Collect the latest local safety, fire, and environmental laws, regulations, and other requirements to ensure compliance.
- Organize safety production and environmental inspections in laboratories and warehouses, identify hidden dangers, propose rectification opinions, and follow up on rectification progress.
- Establish SOPs, plans, and management procedures related to EHS.
- Organize training on environmental protection, occupational health and safety knowledge, regulations, and policies.
- Hold regular EHS promotion meetings to assess and evaluate overall EHS performance.
- Responsible for conducting 5S inspections in the company.
- Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- College degree or above in chemical engineering, environmental science, engineering, or related fields.
- More than 1 year of experience in factory EHS management, experience in hazardous chemical management is preferred.
- Proactive and motivated, with strong communication skills and execution abilities.
